Johnson Electric (HKG:0179) recorded a 23% decline in attributable profit in the fiscal year ending March 31 to $202.1 million from $262.8 million a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share stood at $0.2159 from $0.2816 in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The electro-mechanical component firm's sales remained unchanged year over year at $3.65 billion.
The company recommended a final dividend of HK$0.44 per share for the period, payable Aug. 12 to shareholders of record as of July 27.
