Restar Declares Higher Dividend for Fiscal Year 2025

Restar (TYO:3156) declared a year-end dividend of 68 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching earlier forecasts and also higher than the 60 yen paid a year ago.

The total dividend payment for fiscal 2025 amounts to 1.91 billion yen, payable from retained earnings on June 12, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

For fiscal year 2026, the electronics and semiconductor company expects a total dividend of 135 yen per share, consisting of an interim dividend of 65 yen and a year-end dividend of 70 yen.
