REalloys and Ramaco Resources formed a memorandum of understanding to finalize an agreement in which Ramaco would supply REalloys with mixed rare earth carbonate from its site in Wyoming.

REalloys and Ramaco expect to collaborate on metallurgical testing, product qualification, and commercial evaluation of mixed rare earth carbonate and scandium oxide produced from Ramaco's Brook Mine rare earth platform, REalloys said.

The MOU a framework under which REalloys may secure supply rights for up to 20% of Ramaco's future mixed rare earth carbonate and critical materials production.

REalloys would separate Ramaco's feedstock into various rare earth oxides at its Saskatchewan Research Council facility, while Ramaco's scandium oxide would be used for alloy metallization at REalloys' Euclid, Ohio, facility.
