DigitalBridge (DBRG) has received approval for its joint acquisition of ZeMobility, a Luxembourg-based entity, alongside Aberdeen Group, the European Commission said Friday.
The regulator said the deal gives DigitalBridge and Aberdeen joint control over ZeMobility, which operates electric bus assets in Colombia and Chile.
The European Commission said the deal does not raise competition concerns due to its limited impact within the European Economic Area.
