Meitec Group Declares Lower Final Dividend for Fiscal Year 2026

Meitec Group (TYO:9744) declared a year-end dividend of 106 yen per share for the fiscal year 2026, matching earlier forecasts but lower than the 110 yen paid a year ago, which included a commemorative dividend.

The total dividend payment amounts to 8.18 billion yen, payable from retained earnings on June 24, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

The company's basic policy on profit distribution targets a payout ratio based on operating performance, with the annual dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, resulting in a payout ratio of 100.5%.

The current fiscal year's total dividend was 196 yen per share, consisting of an interim dividend of 90 yen and a year-end dividend of 106 yen.
