Outlook Therapeutics (OTLK) said late Thursday it priced a direct offering of over 8.5 million common shares at $0.5855 apiece for gross proceeds of $5 million.
The offering is expected to be completed on May 29, subject to closing conditions, according to a statement.
Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.
