0607 GMT - The benchmark MSCI China may face some pressure in the near term on softness in software stocks, Goldman Sachs say in a research note. Software-related stocks account for a notable chunk of MSCI China, and those corporates haven't been delivering good earnings growth, GS notes. It may also take some time for market expectations to shift even if earnings improve in 2H, the bank says. GS moderates its stance on MSCI China to market weight. It continues to favor key themes including select AI and beneficiaries of the country's 15th five-year plan.(tracy.qu@wsj.com)
