Hansoh Pharmaceutical (HKG:3692) said China's National Medical Products Administration accepted its application of olatorepatide injection to treat obesity, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The drug is meant to be administered once a week.
Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in recent morning trade.
