Aevex (AVEX) said Wednesday it has priced a public offering of more than 5.7 million class A common shares and about 2.3 million shares from selling stockholders at $27 per share.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 859,923 shares and 341,077 shares from the selling shareholders.
The offering is set to close this Friday.
Shares of Aevex declined 2% in recent Thursday pre-bell activity.
