Viavi Solutions (VIAV) said Thursday it has introduced 'AI Experts', a new set of AI-driven tools within its Nitro platform designed to support lab and field engineering work by reducing manual effort and speeding up validation in network testing environments.
The company said the tools embed product-specific AI agents that help automate configuration, diagnostics, analysis, and reporting.
The first releases include AI support for OneAdvisor 800 Wireless, TM500, and TeraVM systems, offering real-time guidance, faster test setup, and automated troubleshooting for engineers, it added.
