Atlantic International (ATLN) said late Tuesday it has received a Nasdaq non-compliance notice for the delayed quarterly report filing on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The company said it expects to regain compliance with the listing requirements prior to any applicable deadlines.
