Enviri (NVRI) President and Chief Executive Russell Hochman purchased 51,519 shares worth $1 million on June 3, the company said Thursday, citing a recent filing.
Following the transaction, Hochman now holds 144,510 common shares in the company, all held directly, the filing showed.
Enviri shares were up more than 4% in Thursday trading.
