American Resources Gets Nasdaq Notice for Late Quarterly Filing

MT Newswires Live06-04 05:38

American Resources (AREC) received a Nasdaq notice for failing to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, the company said Wednesday.

The notice does not immediately affect the stock's listing or trading, and American Resources said it is working to complete the filing within the applicable compliance period.

The company said the delay follows the completion of its audited Form 10-K, which reflected a multiyear restructuring, including the deconsolidation of certain operations and the removal of a prior going-concern qualification.
