Safe Pro Secures US Army Order to Deliver Threat Analysis Kit; Shares Up Pre-Bell

Safe Pro (SPAI) said Tuesday that it has received a US Army order for a Threat Analysis Kit, featuring its Navigation Observation & Detection Engine, Black Widow drones from Red Cat (RCAT), along with annual software upgrades and field support.

Safe Pro said it has received a new subcontract from a Defense Prime Contractor to provide the US Army with a field-ready AI-powered intelligence capability, processing video captured by Black Widow drones.

The company said it was also contracted to provide AI model and algorithm software upgrades, training, and operational support services.

Safe Pro expects to complete delivery of the order in Q2.

The value of the order was not disclosed.

Safe Pro shares were up 4% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
