0721 GMT - AEM seems poised to benefit from the artificial-intelligence and high-performance computing supercycle with its advanced system-level testing capabilities, which could be used for increasingly complex AI chips, say Citi analysts in a note. They estimate the Singapore semiconductor test solutions provider's 2025-2028 earnings per share will grow at a 94% compound annual growth rate, backed by organic client volume expansion and customer diversification. AEM's partnership with ASE Technology could also provide the Singapore company with access to a much broader customer base and growth opportunities in the outsourced semiconductor assembly and test segment, they add. Citi starts its coverage of AEM with a buy/high risk rating and target price of 12.70 Singapore dollars. Shares are up 0.1% at S$10.10. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
