Grail's (GRAL) Galleri multi-cancer early detection blood test significantly improved detection when used alongside standard screenings in adults aged 50 and older, as shown by results from the Pathfinder 2 study, the company said over the weekend.
The company said adding Galleri to recommended screenings increased cancer detection 6.5-fold, with 71% of newly identified cancers detected at stages I to III and more than half detected at stages I or II.
