Dow Jones06-02

By Katherine Hamilton

Champion Homes appointed a new chair and reduced the size of its board.

The maker of accessory dwelling units and modular homes said Monday that Michael Berman will succeed Tawn Kelley as board chair.

Kelley's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the company, Champion said.

As part of the changes, Gary Robinette was named chair of the nominating and governance committee.

The size of the board decreased to six directors.
