1229 ET - HPE's second-quarter results and guidance for fiscal year 2027 point to at least another year and a half of strong, supply-constrained server demand, Truist analysts write in a note, lifting their price target to $69 from $31. They note that there's only limited signs of pull-ins or pull-backs from customers in response to higher pricing, adding that "commentary indicates demand has remained elevated despite higher pricing actions aimed at passing on increased input costs." The company forecasted 8% to 12% revenue growth for fiscal 2027, "indicating the 'white hot' demand backdrop (alongside tight supply) is likely to persist for at least another six quarters," the analysts write. Shares are up 16% to $54.38. (elias.schisgall@wsj.com)
