Yum! Brands said Tracy Skeans, its chief operating officer and chief people and culture officer, will retire.

Skeans is retiring after more than 25 years at the restaurant conglomerate, which owns Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken. She joined as a finance analyst in 2000.

She will remain in her current role before moving into an advisory position later this year. She will assist with the transition through early 2028.

Skeans's responsibilities will transition to a new chief people and culture officer and chief scale officer, Yum! said. The company is working to fill both roles.
