Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA) said Thursday that it has launched Eylea biosimilar Ahzantive in Europe to treat patients with serious retinal diseases.
The company said it began rolling out pre-filled Ahzantive syringes in European markets in May, including France, Germany, Spain, and The Netherlands.
The company said Ahzantive has comparable efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity to Eylea.
