WELL Health Seen Entering Next Growth Phase on M&A, Tech Strength -- Market Talk

Dow Jones06-04

0746 ET - TD Cowen says WELL Health Technologies is facing limited competition for its outpatient medical clinics in Canada, and believes its scale, expertise and suite of clinic software/services give it a significant advantage. Supported by strong reimbursement trends, regulatory tailwinds and the Canadian digital healthcare company's ongoing acquisitions of clinics across Canada, "we expect WELL to deliver superior growth and improving margins in the near-term and long-term," analyst David Kwan says. He adds that WELL's clinical businesses and healthcare technology stack are both performing well, with margin expansion expected as AI initiatives and a sizeable M&A pipeline drive the next phase of growth.
