Boss Energy Says Uranium Mineralization Extended at Texas Project in Drilling Tests, Shares Fall 4%

Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) said enCore Energy's initial exploration drilling tests at Alta Mesa East, a part of the Alta Mesa joint venture (JV) in Texas, extended uranium mineralization, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Boss Energy owns a 30% stake in the JV, while enCore is the manager and holds a 70% stake.

Drilling tests at Alta Mesa East, adjacent to the Alta Mesa wellfields and extraction operations, confirmed uranium mineralization extending more than 3,700 feet to the east from the nearest wellfield, enCore said in a separate statement.

Its shares fell 4% in recent trading on Tuesday.
