Ericsson's Vonage Unit Launches Industry-Specific AI Agents

Ericsson's (ERIC) Vonage launched industry-specific artificial intelligence agents for healthcare, financial services and retail contact centers, the subsidiary said Wednesday.

Through partnerships with Avaamo for healthcare and Syndeo for financial services and retail, Vonage is embedding vertical-trained AI agents within the Vonage Contact Center platform, it said.

Vonage said that these AI agents will help reduce costs, streamline workflows for repeatable tasks, maintain regional compliance, and improve customer experience.
