News Corporation-owned (NWS) Realtor.com said Tuesday it released a conversational artificial intelligence tool based on Google's (GOOG, GOOGL) Gemini technology to assist buyers with property searches.
The software allows users to evaluate housing affordability and schedule property tours through natural language queries, the company said.
The application uses visual mapping features to display commute times, neighborhood details, and simulated property views, Realtor.com said.
The company also said the search platform retains consumer budget parameters through multiple browsing sessions to maintain ongoing inquiries and is currently available in beta testing for specific users before a full release.
