Dow Jones06-03 01:24

1323 ET - Real estate investment trusts that have heavy exposure to full-service hotels with comprehensive amenities are due to see a bigger lifts in revenue per available room from this summer's World Cup than other hotel REITs, Deutsche Bank analysts say in a research note. Nearly all hotel REITs should get some kind of benefit, but the magnitude will vary, they say. Many team delegations will pay premiums to occupy entire floors while also utilizing the meeting spaces and food and beverage outlets, or catering services, of the full-service segment, the analysts say. That bodes well for names like DiamondRock Hospitality, Sunstone Hotel Investors, Host Hotels & Resorts, Park Hotels & Resorts and Ryman Hospitality Properties, they say. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
