Micron Technology (MU) advanced by 5.4% premarket, following a 5.1% rise from the previous session.
Microsoft (MSFT) was 3.2% higher hours before market open, after a 5.5% increase at Friday's close.
Nvidia (NVDA) was up 2.3% pre-bell, swinging from a 1.5% decline at Friday's close. Nvidia has launched RTX Spark, a new chip for Microsoft Windows PC personal AI agents, the company said.
Bucking the trend, AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) fell by 3.7% premarket, after a 14.8% decline from the previous session.
