Equinor (EQNR) recommended that the company's corporate assembly elect Jarle Roth as new chair of the board, the company said Monday.
The committee also recommended the re-election of Anne Drinkwater as deputy chair, the company said.
Roth has been a board member since December and has had chief executive positions in several Norwegian companies, Equinor said.
