BeOne Medicines (ONC) said Monday that new data presented at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting showed encouraging activity across its breast, ovarian and liver cancer programs.

The company reported that its CDK4 inhibitor BGC-43395 achieved confirmed response rates of up to 68.4% in first-line HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer, supporting the start of a phase 3 trial.

Its B7-H4-targeting antibody-drug conjugate BG-C9074 produced a confirmed overall response rate of 45.5% in ovarian cancer patients, while bispecific antibody BGB-B2033 delivered confirmed response rates of 28.9% in heavily pretreated hepatocellular carcinoma patients.

BeOne said the results support plans to advance several solid tumor candidates into pivotal-stage development during 2026.
