Muyuan Foods Chairman Retires; Successor Named

Muyuan Foods (HKG:2714; SHE:002714) said its board chairman Qin Yinglin voluntarily stepped down after reaching the mandatory retirement age, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company plans to appoint Gao Tong, who has been with the company since July 2017, as its new chairman.
