0259 GMT - Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust may benefit from the proposed acquisition of four logistics properties in Germany and the Netherlands, UOB Kay Hian's Jonathan Koh says in a research report. The two logistics properties in Germany have strong strategic positioning, with connectivity to major transport infrastructure and proximity to critical trade nodes, the analyst says. The other two logistics properties in the Netherlands are strategically positioned within the key logistics corridor between Rotterdam and Antwerp. The brokerage increases its FY 2026-FY 2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by 2%. It raises the target price to 1.33 Singapore dollars from S$1.30, with its buy rating unchanged.
