Agilent Technologies (A) said Wednesday that it is partnering with Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI and Boston Consulting Group to boost artificial intelligence deployment across the company's products, operations, and customer workflows.
Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
The life sciences firm said it has identified initial use cases for artificial intelligence to improve customer experience and accelerate product pipeline, with plans to expand these efforts significantly over the next six to 12 months.
