Breton Technology (HKG:1333) said its chairman, Chen Fangming, bought 100,000 shares of the electric engineering machinery maker from the open market, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares represent about 0.03% of the company and increased Chen's stake to 30.53%.
The company said Chen has acquired a cumulative total of 1 million shares since his first purchase in December 2025.
Shares of Breton were down over 2% in Monday's late morning trade.
