Nvidia (NVDA) and Applied Materials (AMAT) are among the participants in PhysicsX's $300 million series C financing, according to a Monday statement.
Financial details of the companies' investments were not disclosed. PhysicsX said both Nvidia and Applied Materials are already existing investors.
The funding round values PhysicsX at about $2.4 billion and other investors include Temasek, M&G Investments, and Intrepid Growth Partners, according to the statement.
