Nova Minerals (NVA) said Friday it has suspended trading of its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange and OTC markets, as well as its American depositary shares and listed warrants on Nasdaq, as it advances its redomiciliation to the US.
The company said it expects to complete the redomiciliation process on or around June 16, after which trading is expected to resume.
