Digital infrastructure startup ITG filed for a US initial public offering on Friday, with plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker "ITG," Bloomberg reported.
Terms of the offering were not disclosed, according to the report. Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank and Stifel are among the lead bookrunning managers.
