In corporate news, Paramount Skydance (PSKY) is facing mounting legal pressure as a group of US states prepares a lawsuit to block its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Reuters reported, citing two people familiar with the matter. Paramount Skydance shares dropped 5.6% and Warner Bros. stock was down 3.6%.
