Sachem Capital is cutting its quarterly dividend to 1 cent a share, down from 5 cents.
The new payout, equal to 4 cents a year, represents a 3.3% annual yield, based on the real estate lender's Thursday closing price of $1.20.
The dividend will be paid on June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 15.
