CaliberCos named Michael Rosales its acting chief financial officer, succeeding Jade Leung, who is stepping down to pursue a new opportunity.

Rosales's appointment is effective June 14. He has overseen the accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions at Caliber for several years, the diversified real estate and digital asset management company said Friday.

Leung will support an orderly transition and his exit is not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, accounting policies, practices, or financial reporting, Caliber said.

Rosales joined the company in October 2020 and has held roles including director of financial reporting and technical accounting, and corporate controller.

Caliber also reaffirmed its 2026 guidance issued on its first-quarter 2026 earnings call, and said the CFO change won't affect the company's strategy or financial outlook.
