Beijing Saimo Technology (HKG:2571) entered into a two-year cooperation framework agreement with Pateo Connect Technology (HKG:2889) and Shenzhen Xunce Technology (HKG:3317) to explore artificial intelligence applications in intelligent vehicles, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The companies plan to collaborate on areas including usage-based AI services, in-vehicle operating systems, physical AI, and world-model applications.
The proposed cooperation also covers AI agent deployment, usage-based billing and settlement mechanisms, device-cloud collaboration, and data monetization.
