Marvell Technology, Flex Join S&P 500 in Reshuffling of More Than 20 Companies

Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Flex (FLEX) are set to join the S&P 500, effective June 22, S&P Dow Jones Indices said Friday.

They will replace Campbell (CPB) and Pool (POOL), which will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600, the indexing and research firm said.

Additionally, Roku (ROKU), Coeur Mining (CDE), Semtech (SMTC), Sanmina (SANM), and Viavi Solutions (VIAV) will join the S&P MidCap 400, S&P said.

Coty (COTY), Concentrix (CNXC), Blackbaud (BLKB), Credit Acceptance (CACC), Lazard (LAZ), Eastern Bankshares (EBC), Wesbanco (WSBC), Warby Parker (WRBY), Liquidia (LQDA), Rush Street Interactive (RSI), United States Lime & Minerals (USLM), and InvenTrust Properties (IVT) were also added to the S&P SmallCap 600, S&P said.

Shares of Marvell and Flex were up 6.9% and 3.3%, respectively, in Monday's premarket activity.

Roku shares were up 1.3% and Semtech 2.6%.
