Almonty Industries (ALM) plans to offer $700 million of convertible senior notes due 2031 in a private placement, with initial buyers expected to have an option to buy up to an additional $100 million of notes, the company said late Thursday.
The company intends to use part of the proceeds to fund capped call transactions, while the remaining proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and liabilities, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions, it said.
