Humanwell Healthcare (SHA:600079) subsidiary RFSW Holding will divest 81.7 million shares in Lefusi Health Industry and list them in a property exchange for 1.06 billion yuan.
The shares are equivalent to a 16.34% equity in the nursing facility services company, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
