Jollibee Foods Corp. is evaluating a plan to change the potential public listing of its international unit to Hong Kong instead of the US, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The restaurant operator, which scales up globally to challenge competitors McDonald's (MCD) and Yum! Brands (YUM), is collaborating with consultants to aim for the share launch by late 2027, the sources were quoted as saying.

These early discussions are subject to change, the report said, citing the sources.

Jollibee Foods did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
