ON Semiconductor (ON) has launched its Elite Pairing Studio, an online design tool intended to help engineers determine combinations of silicon carbide MOSFETs and gate drivers for power electronics applications, the company said Monday.
The tool is designed to evaluate device-level switching behavior and trade-offs, with additional technologies to be added in the future, the company said.
