Midea Group (SHE:000333, HKG:0300) will cancel 552,125 restricted shares from 2022 and 2023 incentive plan participants due to resignations, performance issues or policy violations.
Also, a previously approved share repurchase worth up to 13 billion yuan will now be used for share cancellation rather than equity incentives, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
