Vulcan Materials (VMC) has completed the divestiture of its California ready-mixed concrete operations and acquired Brannan Sand & Gravel's southern Colorado and Dallas-Fort Worth businesses, the company said Monday.
The deal includes a rail-linked quarry in Lamar, Colorado, with extensive reserves, as well as a distribution facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, it added.
