Bank of Ningbo (SHE:002142) fully redeemed Tier 2 capital bonds worth 6 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The lender has the right to redeem the bonds, which were issued in 2021, on the last day of its fifth year.
The bank's shares rose more than 2% in recent trade.
