Tuya (TUYA) entered into a partnership with robotics firm Zeroth to develop artificial intelligence-powered smart home experiences by integrating its AI and Internet-of-Things platform with Zeroth's embodied intelligence technology, the company said Friday.
Financial details weren't provided.
The partnership aims to turn home service robots into intelligent household companions capable of coordinating with connected devices across lighting, climate control, security and energy management, Tuya said.
Zeroth's robots will use Tuya's Physical AI Engine and OmniMem memory technology to enable personalized interactions, adaptive learning and whole-home awareness, Tuya added.
Tuya shares were down 3.2% in premarket activity.
