Ebos Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) unit Pet Care Distributors' proposed deal to acquire Paringa Pet Foods is under a phase one review by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the regulator said Thursday.
The ACCC has launched a consultation on the transaction, and the phase one assessment is due to end on July 23.
Paringa Pet Food is an Australian‑owned pet food manufacturer that supplies fresh, frozen and cooked pet food products.
