NL Development (BKK:NL) clinched a contract worth 3.29 billion baht to build a new branch of the National Cancer Institute in Bangkok.
The project, commissioned by Thailand's Department of Medical Services, includes the construction of an eight-storey medical services building, a six-storey energy and research laboratory building, and related facilities, systems and landscaping works, according to a Thursday Thailand Exchange filing.
The contract has a construction period of 1,800 days, the construction contractor said.
